Online Consultation:
There is no charge for a brief online design consultation. Simply e-mail the location and description of your project. By return e-mail, we will ask for any additional information needed to discuss your project online or by phone.
Site Research:
Consultation regarding the limitations of your site and the procedures you must follow to obtain permission to build from government agencies, neighborhood associations, historic societies, etc. We research and untangle the most complicated site problems and give you a simple series of steps to follow. In-Home or On-Site Consultation:
For custom home design in Northwest Oregon, we offer in-home or on-site consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss the possibilities for your project in relation to your building site or existing home, your budget concerns, and your desires and needs. We will also provide you with a complimentary copy of one of our planning guides.The amount of the consultation fee depends upon the travelling distance. It will be credited toward any design or plan work we do for you.

Pre-sale Site and Design Consultation:
For properties for sale in South Tillamook County, North Lincoln County or Yamhill County, we offer a pre-sale consultation to determine basic home design possibilities for a particular piece of property. The designer will draw freehand concept sketches to demonstrate what is possible. This service is valuable for prospective buyers, real estate agents and prospective sellers.Out-of-Area Consultation
We will travel out of our local area for design consultations, site research, builder liaison, or construction inspections. If this is of interest, please request more information.Please note that construction services are not available outside Oregon.
